The Evolve Team

Meet Amy, Founder of Evolve

Evolve Pilates + Fitness began with personal experience and a clear vision. Amy discovered Pilates over a decade ago, and was initially drawn to how it builds strength, awareness, and a deep mind-body connection. After stepping away during a busy season of life, an injury brought her back to the method and shifted her perspective on how Pilates can truly support the body. It became more than exercise; it became a tool to rebuild strength with intention.

This experience led Amy to pursue classical Pilates training and eventually create Evolve, a space where classical Pilates and strength training complement each other. Amy brings a deep foundation of knowledge and experience to her work. She is a Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through IIN, and a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner through NTA.

Her intention is to create a space that feels warm, personal, and thoughtfully considered where supportive instruction and intentional movement come together to help you feel better in your body.

Amy designed Evolve for everyone, whether new to Pilates or deepening their practice, with the goal that each client leaves feeling balanced, strong, aligned, and supported.
