At Evolve Pilates & Fitness, we believe movement should help you live better—not just work harder. Our studio brings together fully equipped classical Pilates and one-on-one personal strength training to create a balanced approach to strength, mobility, and long-term health. Every session is designed with intention, whether you're building foundational strength, improving posture, recovering from injury, or simply looking for a smarter way to move.

With small class sizes and supportive instruction, you’ll receive the attention you need to progress confidently.

    Pilates Classes

    Our Pilates program follows the classical method, using a full range of equipment. Each class focuses on strengthening your core, improving alignment, and building balanced movement patterns that support everyday life. Classes are intentionally small to ensure personalized attention and proper technique.

    Personal Training

    Strength training is an important complement to Pilates, helping build muscle, improve stability, and support long-term physical health. Our one-on-one personal training sessions are fully customized to your needs and goals. Each session combines intentional programming with hands-on coaching so you can build strength safely and effectively.

    Sessions may focus on:

    • Strength development
    • Mobility and functional movement
    • Injury-aware training
    • Building confidence with resistance training
