Starting in April, Evolve Pilates + Fitness will offer private personal training for clients who want a more individualized, focused approach.

Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, return from injury, or simply feel more confident in your body, these one-on-one sessions are designed entirely around you.

You’ll have the option to focus on strength training, Pilates, or a thoughtful combination of both—using high-quality equipment in a calm, supportive environment.

This is a great fit if you:

  • Want guidance and structure without the overwhelm of a group setting

  • Are new to strength training or Pilates and want to learn correctly from the start

  • Are working around an injury or specific limitation

  • Feel stuck or unsure what to do on your own

  • Prefer a quieter, more personalized experience
