Classical Pilates is the traditional method created by Joseph Pilates. The system follows a purposeful sequence of exercises on specialized equipment to strengthen the body, improve posture, and support balanced movement. With an emphasis on precision, control, and breath, classical Pilates develops deep core strength while helping the body move with greater ease and alignment.
