Class Descriptions

All Level Mat Pilates 

Class consists of Pilates strength and conditioning exercises performed on the floor. Pilates small equipment will be used to add variety and intensity to the basic Pilates exercises.  


Mat Pilates Fundamentals + Stretch 

This slower paced class provides a full body stretch with core stabilization. Using foam rollers and more, blending in Pilates concepts and movements, you will increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion while stabilizing your core. You will be encouraged to connect mind and body through Pilates use of whole-body integration.  


Reformer 101 or Fundamentals:

The 101 Series is a great option for those who specifically would like to start attending our Pilates Reformer Classes. This 4-class series will teach you the important fundamentals of Pilates, giving you the tools to perform the exercises correctly in order to produce the amazing results Pilates offers.


All Levels Reformer 

This is an all level class that introduces the exercises taught on the Reformer. Participants will leave feeling lengthened, strengthened, and challenged. Set up, and transitions will be taught for each exercise to achieve a flow for a smooth workout.  


Mixed Apparatus 

We’re mixing it up! The format will change weekly to add variety and new challenges to your Pilates practice. We’ll use the Reformer, Chair, Spine Corrector, Jump Board and Tower. We'll use two pieces of equipment during this 50-minute class. This class is appropriate for all levels.


Tower Pilates 

A Pilates Tower class uses the wall unit (Tower) and mat exercises for a complete Pilates workout. The Tower has an impressive variation of exercises based off spring resistance and leverage. Targeting specific muscle groupings, the Tower unit focuses on strengthening your core while gaining freedom in movement.  


Jump Board 

Jump Board builds on an All Levels Reformer class using an attachment that converts a reformer into a horizontal jumping machine. Intervals using the jump board offer cardio bursts during class.

Experience personal training designed specifically for you. Our trainers create individualized programs that focus on strength, mobility, and balanced movement. With one-on-one coaching and intentional programming, every session supports your progress while helping you move and feel your best.
